Ingredients
Heavy Cream ¼ cup
Powdered sugar ¼ cup
Dark chocolate ¼ cup
1 scoop of chocolate ice cream
Melted chocolate ¼ cup
Mini ice cream
Just The Fun Part of your choice
1 cup of milk
Directions
Firs make a ganache by heating the chocolate and heavy cream: Put ¼ cup heavy cream and dark chocolate in the microwave.
In a mixing bowl, mix ganache, milk, and ice cream with a mixer. Place the mix in a glass decorated with melted chocolate. Add the ice cubes.
Place mini ice cream and Just The Fun Part on top and drizzle with melted chocolate.
