The short version: we collect what we need to get chocolate to your door, we guard it like the last cone in the bag, and we never sell it. Here's the long version.
This Privacy Policy describes how Just The Fun Part (operated by Evergreen USA LLC, 14 Patterson Ave., Hoboken, NJ 07030 — "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our site.
What we collect
Order information. When you buy from us, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and payment details (processed securely by our payment providers — we never see or store your full card number).
Device information. Like nearly every website, we automatically collect some information about the device you browse with: IP address, browser type, time zone, and information about how you interact with the site — gathered using cookies, pixels, and similar tools. Marketing information. If you join our newsletter, we collect your email so we can send you new flavors, recipes, and the occasional very good discount. You can unsubscribe anytime with one click — no hard feelings.
How we use it
- To fulfill your order: processing payment, arranging shipping, and sending order confirmations.
- To talk to you: answering questions, sending updates about your order, and — only if you opted in — marketing emails.
- To keep the shop safe: screening orders for potential fraud and abuse.
- To make the site better: understanding how visitors browse so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the services that make the store run: Shopify (our ecommerce platform), payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics tools. Each of them handles your data under their own privacy commitments. We may also share information to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information. Not for money, not for chocolate, not for anything.
Cookies

How long we keep it
We keep your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it. Marketing emails stick around only as long as you're subscribed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR for European residents and the CCPA for California residents), you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, ported, or deleted, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@JustTheFunPart.com — a real human will handle it.
California residents: we don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of — but the access and deletion rights above are yours all the same.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there's no industry standard for them yet, our site doesn't change its behavior when it receives one.
Kids
The snacks are for all ages; the website isn't. Our site is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. The latest version will always live right here.
