Refund policy

Short version: it's food, so we can't take back anything that's been opened — but if your order turns up damaged, melted, wrong, or short, tell us and we'll fix it.

This policy applies to orders placed at JustTheFunPart.com, operated by Evergreen USA LLC (d/b/a Just The Fun Part), 14 Patterson Ave., Hoboken, NJ 07030.

If something's wrong with your order

Damaged in transit, melted beyond saving, the wrong item, or something missing — email info@JustTheFunPart.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you'd prefer. You won't need to ship anything back to us.

Returns of unopened product

Unopened, unused product in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for a return authorization — returns sent back without one can't be processed.

Return shipping is on us when the problem was ours: wrong item, damaged, or defective. For a change-of-mind return, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and the original shipping charge isn't refunded.

What we can't take back

For food-safety reasons we can't accept returns of opened product. Once a bag is open we can't restock it — and frankly, neither could you. This doesn't affect your rights if the product arrived damaged or defective.

Warm weather

Chocolate and heat have a complicated relationship. Roughly May through September we pack with that in mind, but we can't guarantee against melting in transit or on a hot doorstep. If your order arrives melted, that's covered above — contact us and we'll make it right. Shipping to an address where the box will sit in the afternoon sun is at your own risk.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Most banks post them within 5–10 business days of us issuing the refund; the exact timing is on their end, not ours.

Cancellations and address changes

We pack fast. If you need to cancel an order or fix an address, email us immediately — we can usually catch it before the label prints. Once an order has shipped we can't reroute it.
